In medium bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand 10 minutes or until milk is absorbed. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and cloves; set aside. |

Add pumpkin, oil, egg and raisins to cereal. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined 2-1/2 inch muffin cups, filling to top. Sprinkle each muffin with 1 teaspoon cinnamon-sugar. |

Bake in preheated 400 F oven for 25-30 minutes or until wooded pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. |
