Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple 1 cup sour cream 1 egg
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup oil-fashioned oats
1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup raisins



1 In small bowl, combine undrained pineapple, sour cream, egg and butter until blended. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; make well in center. Pour in pineapple mixture. Stir until just mixed. Spoon into greased 2-1/2 inch muffin cups. Bake in 350 F oven for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
