| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple | 1 cup sour cream | 1 egg |
| 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted | 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour | 1 cup oil-fashioned oats |
| 1/2 cup sugar | 1 tablespoon baking powder | 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg | 1/2 teaspoon salt | 1 cup raisins |
| 1 | In small bowl, combine undrained pineapple, sour cream, egg and butter until blended. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; make well in center. Pour in pineapple mixture. Stir until just mixed. Spoon into greased 2-1/2 inch muffin cups. Bake in 350 F oven for 30-35 minutes until lightly browned and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm. |
