| 16 oz. Oreo bulk cookie pieces, medium crunch | 8 oz. orange juice | 16 oz. milk chocolate |
| Oreo bulk cookie pieces, small crunch (as needed) | Note: Toasted nuts or coconut may be substituted for Oreo small crunch. | |
| 1 | To make truffles, combine Oreo bulk cookie pieces, medium crunch and orange juice. With wet hands, roll into 2 oz. balls and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. |
| 2 | Melt milk chocolate over a double boiler; dip truffles into chocolate and roll in Oreo bulk cookie pieces, small crunch. |
| 3 | Place truffles on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Refrigerate until needed. |
