INGREDIENTS:
16 oz. Oreo bulk cookie pieces, medium crunch 8 oz. orange juice 16 oz. milk chocolate
Oreo bulk cookie pieces, small crunch (as needed) Note: Toasted nuts or coconut may be substituted for Oreo small crunch.



1 To make truffles, combine Oreo bulk cookie pieces, medium crunch and orange juice. With wet hands, roll into 2 oz. balls and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
2 Melt milk chocolate over a double boiler; dip truffles into chocolate and roll in Oreo bulk cookie pieces, small crunch.
3 Place truffles on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Refrigerate until needed.
