INGREDIENTS:
20 oz. Oreo base cake crumbs 3 oz. melted butter 3 oz. Kahlua Licor De Cafe
4 oz. heavy cream 4 oz. butter 16 oz. Oreo bulk cookie pieces, medium crunch
16 oz. milk chocolate, melted 32 oz. whipped topping, divided 4 tbsp. Baileys original Irish Cream
2 tbsp. Hersheys syrup Oreo chocolate sandwhich cookies, as needed



1 To prepare crust, combine Oreo base cake crumbs and melted butter; pack into bottom only of a 10-inch springform pan. Bake in a preheated 350 F. oven for 5 minutes, set aside until needed.
2 To prepare filling, combine Kahlua, heavy cream and butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil, remove from heat and add Oreo bulk cookie pieces, medium crunch, milk chocolate and 16 oz. of whipped topping. Pour mixture into reserved crust and place in freezer for at least 2 hours.
3 To prepare icing, combine Baileys, Hershey's syrup and remaing whipped topping in bowl of an electric mixter fitted with a whip; beat on high speed until stiff.
4 Remove pie from pan; spread icing over entire pie reserving enough to dollop around edge of pie. Garnish each dollop with an Oreo chocolate sandwich cookie.
