INGREDIENTS for 1 gallon:
- 2-1/2 quarts fresh peach puree
- 3 cups half and half
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Place in freezer to ripen 2 to 3 hours before serving.
