Watsonia Peach Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS for 1 gallon:

  • 2-1/2 quarts fresh peach puree
  • 3 cups half and half
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

 

1┬áCombine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Place in freezer to ripen 2 to 3 hours before serving.
